A friendly and knowledgeable oyster shucker will hand-shuck live for your guests while guiding the oyster experience for each guests. 8 dozen oysters typically take an hour to shuck, with minimal set-up time. If service extends beyond two hours, there is an additional $55/hour fee. East coast oysters are served with horseradish, Aphrodite’s mignonette, lemons, and crackers.
